How do I place a custom order?
If you are interested in an item and can't find it in your size, please reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, contact number and item name in your email. We will get back to you to get necessary details on your custom order. Please note that all custom orders take 4-5 weeks to ship.
Alternatively, you can submit a custom order form on our website. Please click on 'Custom Order' and submit the filled form. We will get back to you.
Whats are the processing times for custom orders?
Typically it takes 4-5 weeks for a custom order to be processed. Once we receive the item at our distribution center in Dallas, we will ship it to your address.
We thrive to offer you the best product that meets your expectations and pass all of our quality requirements. In any case, if you need to return the order please refer to the following procedure.
Returns on products purchased on Festivogue.com are accepted for exchange or refund. To qualify for a return/exchange,
1. We need to receive the item within 3 business days from the date of delivery.
2. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged and should be returned in original packaging.
Since our inventory is limited, in case you do not find an item for exchange you will be receiving a refund.
1. To initiate a return, please call us within 24 hours after the product delivery.
2. Once return is initiated, pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email. Once the postage is paid, the customer need to email the tracking number of the shipment to email@example.com.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.
Customized items (if applicable)
Sale of customized items is final. We could not accept returns and we do not offer refunds on customized items.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
All return items should be shipped using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
